 | Thomas K Sheppard Sr. Managing Partner Since 2001 Tom has been successfully investing in real estate with partners. Starting with almost no money and very little credit he has been able to build a significant real estate portfolio. A former missionary and US Marine, in 2008 Tom retired after working for more than 17 years for a major national bank. He now runs several companies and is the Senior Managing Partner of the Gold Seal Homes Group, LLC. As the father of five children and having been married for more than 29 years to the same woman, Tom exemplifies the concepts of loyalty, commitment, and integrity. |

In addition to his formal educational achievements in earning a Bachelors in Computer Sciences, a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Project Management, Tom is a Certified Cash Flow Consultant with the American Cash Flow Institute and earned Project Management Professional certification with the Project Management Institute. In addition he has spent many hours and dollars ensuring his education in real estate was not solely from the school of hard knocks. Below is a partial list of the Training he has received.
